Birmingham Portrait Photographer
As well as being a Newborn and Children's photographer, we also welcome families too or siblings at our photography studio in Birmingham. We are forever taking photographs of our children, capturing them in the moment.
As parents we know that they will quickly grow...and that one day we will look back at the photographs fondly remembering how little they were and how fast they grew!
We welcome you warmly to have your family photography done in our inviting studio in Old Oscott, for the portrait photoshoot in Birmingham!
A portrait photography session in my photo studio in Birmingham usually takes around 60 minutes.
The session can be indoor or outdoor (weather permitting).
Portrait photo sessions take place at my Birmingham studio on weekdays only.
We have various props available including fluffy rugs, little chairs, bowls, beds & a wooden highchair upon request.
You are encouraged to bring toys, keepsakes & a drink/snack for your child.
If you wish to include siblings in your portrait photoshoot just make us aware prior to the session.
We would politely ask that only 2 adults accompany your child for the session & that you refrain from using mobile phones as a distraction for your child.
All footwear is to be left at the entrance of our studio for hygiene reasons.
Please remember to bring the following items to your Birmingham portrait photoshoot :
-
dummy (if required)
-
nappies
-
wipes
-
drink
-
milk (if required)
-
snacks
-
toys
-
towel
-
change of outfits
-
picnic blanket (outdoor session)
-
wellies (outdoor session)
What to wear?
Please try to avoid strong patterns or logos as this can be distracting in the final image.
For outdoor photography choose block colours. Choose your tones carefully, so they compliment each other. Bright colours can throw strong colour casts onto skin which can be unflattering.
